Terms of Use
Last revised: October 2026. A clear agreement between members of BrethrenHQ.
1. Membership and Access
BrethrenHQ is an invite-only collective portfolio and collaboration space. Access to authenticated member features requires an email on the active whitelist. Access cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.
2. Ownership of Work
You retain all intellectual property rights and full ownership of any code, designs, images, and text you catalogue on BrethrenHQ. By adding a project to the public directory, you grant BrethrenHQ a non-exclusive license to display the thumbnail, title, and metadata in the collective index.
3. Member Standards
- Catalogue only work you created, co-created, or have the right to showcase.
- Do not attempt to scrape private member directories or reverse-engineer encrypted tokens.
- Maintain respect, professionalism, and honesty when collaborating with fellow members.
- Do not use the platform for distribution of malware, spam, or abusive material.
4. Service Availability
BrethrenHQ is provided as a private cooperative service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive for high uptime and data integrity, but we recommend retaining primary backups of your source repositories and design files.
5. Suspension and Removal
Administrators reserve the right to remove projects, suspend access, or revoke whitelist status if a member violates these terms, breaches copyright, or compromises collective security.
